TERMS + POLICIES

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

Full payment must be made 14 days before the workshop start date. If payment is not received by this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.

Payments can only be made via credit card.

Rates listed are inclusive of taxes and fees.

 GENERAL STAY INFORMATION

Check-in after 3:00pm

Check-out before 11:00am

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your reservation:

15 days or more before the workshop: 25% refund (equal to the deposit).

14 or less days before the workshop: No refund.

We reserve the right to cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, minimum participant requirements not met). In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, including flights and transportation to the workshop location.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost/stolen items.

Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions at least 14 days prior to the workshop.

The workshop is intended to promote a safe and respectful environment. Any behavior that is disruptive, abusive, or endangers others will result in removal from the workshop without refund.

 HEALTH AND SAFETY

All participants are expected to be in adequate physical condition for activities. Please consult with a physician if needed before participating.

If a participant experiences illness or injury during the workshop, they are responsible for any associated medical costs.

The workshop organizers are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the retreat.

While we are a pet-friendly property, only service animals are allowed to be present in workshop locations.

 LIABILITY WAIVER

By attending the workshop, participants acknowledge that certain activities may involve inherent risks.

The workshop organizers and facilitators are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss sustained during the workshop.

Participants waive the right to hold the staff responsible for any outcomes resulting from activities they voluntarily participate in.

 CHANGES TO ITINERARY

We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary or activities due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen events.

No refunds or compensation will be provided for changes in the schedule.

 PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy and will only collect personal information necessary for the workshop.

Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

By attending the workshop, you agree to allow photographs or videos of the workshop to be used for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

 FORCE MAJEURE

The workshop organizers shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond their control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or transportation strikes.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms and policies shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ulster County, NY. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ulster County, NY.
