HUDSON VALLEY FISHERY
At Hudson Valley Fisheries, they grow Steelhead trout year-round using an advanced technology that minimizes their impact on the environment and allows them to grow Steelhead trout away from the oceans and close to the place of demand. This method has no impact on wild fish populations or the marine ecosystem and is never exposed to external elements such as diseases or pollutants. As a result, they never have to use antibiotics, hormones, or artificial dyes on their fish, offering customers a clean, healthy, and delicious source of protein raised responsibly in the U.S.
TIVOLI MUSHROOM COMPANY
Tivoli Mushroom Company is a mushroom farm located in Hudson, NY. They are devoted to understanding and learning from the mushroom how to maintain a well-nourished community and a protected planet. Tivoli Mushroom Company is devoted to cultivating mycelium to grow beautiful fruit bodies for gourmet uses. The River Pavilion is proud to utilize these mushrooms in its various dishes.
KEEGAN ALES
Keegan Ales was founded in early 2003 in Kingston, NY, and started selling beer to local bars and restaurants in early September. The first kegs of Old Capital, Hurricane Kitty, and Mother’s Milk went to competition at Hunter Mountain that September where Mother’s Milk took home a gold medal, and Old Capital was honored with People’s Choice: Best of Show. The River Pavilion at Hutton Brickyards is proud to partner with this local brewery and offer Keegan Ales Blood Orange Lager + Mother’s Milk.
E-Z BEE APIARY
E-Z Bee Apiary ethically harvests its honey bee products. They hand-make all of our skincare and wellness products in small batches with organic ingredients and include a proportionate amount of beeswax and propolis that is harvested ethically from their local honey bees at Bee EZ Apiary.
SNOWDANCE FARM
Snowdance Farm was established in 2002 when the family moved to the Catskill Mountains to begin farming to heal and work together after September 11th. Over the years, the farm expanded to include pasture-raised turkey, Icelandic sheep, Tamworth pigs, and red Angus steers. All their poultry and animals are treated humanely and have never received antibiotics, added hormones, or any medicine.
NEW BELGIUM BREWING
New Belgium Brewing is an American craft brewery known for its wide selection of flavorful and innovative beers including year-round, seasonal, and limited-release brews. They are known for their flagship beer, Fat Tire Amber Ale, which has become an iconic American craft beer. In addition to Fat Tire, they produce a variety of other beer styles such as IPAs, lagers, wheat beers, sour ales, and barrel-aged beers.
